Website terms of use
The website is to be used by individual persons for their own personal use only. Your use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Accessing and use of the website constitutes your agreement to abide by such terms and conditions.

Privacy
As part of sharing information, third party links are included on this site. The contents of personal and external web pages remain the sole responsibility of the author and such linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Karen Watchman has no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Listing and linking to other websites is not an endorsement. 

Personal data will be collected via the University of Stirling if you register as an individual to attend a training course, or directly if you commission Karen Watchman for consultancy or training work. This may include your name, address, email address and telephone number, and details of your finance department or contracting team. Data will only be stored for the duration of the contracted work.  All data is stored electronically either in email folders or on a remote drive; it is always password protected. Credit care details are not stored nor are customer details shared with any third parties. 


This website uses Google Analytics. This means it stores cookies so that Google Analytics can determine how many visitors there are to the website and which country they are in. Your name and direct location are not identifiable and no identifiable information is provided to Google.  Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s system to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies.
